A leading battery manufacture is seeking a friendly and professional Logistics CSR/Sales Representative to join their expanding team in Lake Forest, CA!
As a Logistics Sales Customer Service, your main priority will be providing excellent customer service while processing orders, entering data, and maintaining continuous communication with clients and staff members.
Related specific responsibilities will include:
- Maintains profitable and sustainable sales growth of all assigned accounts.
- Process orders from customers for full container loads and warehouse releases.
- Assist Sales Managers for inquiries on pricing, inventory, availability, and other client related requests.
- Coordinate with customer to create, update, and revise artwork per customer specifications.
- Coordinate with warehouse and quality control departments to process orders.
- Process defective order claims, returns, and credits.
- Assigns goals to be met at specific time intervals.
- Ensures that clients know how to use the products and services and provides assistance if necessary.
- Develops plans and implements strategies for all assigned accounts.
- Manages day-to-day client communications and relationships.
- Resolves customer concerns.
- Works with suppliers to expand opportunities for clients.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of customer service and clerical experience
- Minimum 1 year of Excel and Word experience
- Logistic experience is a PLUS
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail oriented
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
