Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Home Improvements Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our range of home improvement products and services, building relationships with clients, and driving sales in a competitive market. If you have a passion for home improvement, a knack for sales, and exceptional customer service skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets.
  • Present and explain our products and services, providing tailored solutions to clients.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Complete sales paperwork, including contracts and invoices, accurately and promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvements, construction, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of home improvement products, techniques, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
