Loomis International (CA) Inc. is the spearheading office representing Canada on a national scale. Our office is in a Small Business format located in Mississauga, close to Pearson Airport, and is ready for expansion.

We are looking for an Account Executive (AE) to create long-term, trusting relationships with our existing and new client base. The AE’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities

The AE is the primary point of contact for Loomis International (CA) Inc. customers. The ideal candidate has an expertise for implementing cost-saving measures using our existing customer base to increase sales. As the AE, you will be responsible for managing the company’s portfolio of accounts in the Canadian marketplace including, but not limited to: Government Entities, Major Banks, Refineries, Manufacturers and Sole Proprietors. The position will also require knowledge of the International Markets and Marketplace.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships ensuring superior service levels are met.
  • Customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers.
  • Identify Trends and opportunities.
  • Forecast and prepare monthly revenue and sales reports.
  • Connect with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Liaise between the clients and operations.
  • Participate in client reviews.
  • Respond to RFP’s, develop proposals and deliver presentations.
  • Implement and support rate increase initiatives.
In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal international affiliate teams, including Customer Service and Product Development departments, to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales and account management experience.
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft operating systems, required.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) preferred.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Post-Secondary Education desired.
  • Profit & Loss experience, an asset.
  • Knowledge of the transportation and logistics operations is helpful.
