Salary and On Target Earnings (OTE):

• General Licensed Team Member - $44,000 Salary plus bonus / SPIFF and Travel Incentives - Likely OTE of $60,000+
• General and LLQ Licensed Team Member - $48,000 Salary plus bonus / SPIFF and Travel Incentives - Likely OTE of $70,000+

Responsibilities:

We are located in Calgary. There is only one position is available at this time. Join a challenging, fun, profitable, fast-paced team, while adding a Fortune 500 company to your resume. We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. We respond to customer concerns, billing issues and claims. After licensing and training, you will join a supportive and successful team. Requirements:

• Must have clean credit (No outstanding items in collections and no bankruptcy in past 7 years)
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Proactive in problem solving
• Dedicated to customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• After the initial training period, there is little day-to-day management, Hence, you must motivate yourself.
• Property & Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain)
• Must drive a reliable vehicle.
