Compensation:
$150,000+
Responsibilities:- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
Included but not limited to:
- Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients
- Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after he/she has completed a needs analysis
- Conduct open houses
- Doorknock target areas for new business
- Attend networking events
- Attend client events
- Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to develop sales
Regular work activities:
- Driving buyer clients to homes
- Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes
- Finding homes that meet buyer clients' criteria
- Maintain contact with all buyers
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Self-motivation and drive
- Great communication and social skills
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Active Real Estate License
- At least 6 months of Real Estate experience is preferred
- People person willing to help clients
- Friendly personality
- Naturally a self-starter
