About the Job


Sundae is establishing a new inside sales team that will play a critical role in supporting the field team who engages with prospective home sellers to help them get the best outcome when they decide to sell their home. This is an opportunity to develop personally and professionally while working with a fast-paced team that values candor, authenticity, production, and creativity.


As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work with the potential customer to evaluate their needs and assess whether or not Sundae is a good fit for their situation. If we are positioned to help, you’ll schedule an appointment for a local Market Expert to visit the seller and their property in person. You will propel Sundae forward with effective inbound and outbound phone,email, text and social platform outreach.


Responsibilities

  • Connect customers with a local Market Expert (Real Estate Agent) either by scheduling an in-person appointment, transferring a live call, or scheduling a time for a call back.
  • Proactively respond to new inbound leads and contact existing leads through a variety of methods including:
    • Reply to new web leads
    • Answer 1-800 calls
    • Call existing leads and opportunities with a goal of re-engaging high potential customers
    • Reply to responses from email and text campaigns
  • Manage your sales pipeline by responding to inbound leads and through outbound efforts via call/text (75 dials+/day)
  • Collaborate closely with other team members and cross-functional teammates
  • Know how to interpret and speak to your performance using statistics, reports, dashboards, etc.
  • Support local Market Experts by managing a pipeline of customers who have not yet spoken to a Sundae representative
  • Be available to help local Market Experts with support they need such as re-engaging non-responsive customers, rescheduling appointments, etc.
  • May occasionally be asked to see customers in person for administrative purposes such as delivering or collecting documents, performing a final walkthrough to confirm vacancy, exchanging keys, etc.

  • Data-driven (borderline obsessed)
  • Empathic, active listening
  • Highly computer literate, mastery of Google Suite products
  • Experience using Salesforce.com (preferred)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of demonstrated success in an inside sales or appointment setter role
  • Professional experience or interest in real estate or financial services (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

  • This role will be compensated with a base salary + sales incentive plan. The total target range is $60,000 - $80,000
  • Competitive benefits package with 100% paid premiums for employee and 80% for dependents
  • Compelling equity package based on experience
