Optix Merchant Group is looking for a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be asked to proactively source new opportunities. You will be interacting with Merchants and Partners on behalf of our company. This position is responsible for presenting clients with the right mix of services and products that will benefit their business. This position also plays an important role in establishing and maintaining the company's reputation by maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest
- Identify opportunities for potential sales leads and upsells on products and services
- Perform discovery sessions with new and existing clients
- Recommend improvements in products, service, or billing methods and procedures in order to prevent future problems
- Address clients’ needs and guide the sales process from the beginning to the end
- Access and handle documents with sensitive information, in accordance with company policy
- Maintaining database with prospective client information
- Collaborate with internal partners on implementation to assure success.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay
- Monthly bonus
