Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices

- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Prepare and present offers to clients and facilitate negotiations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings and transactions

- Stay informed about the local real estate market trends and changes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Realtor or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Knowledge of property management principles is a plus
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry
