As a Sales Enablement Leader you’ll be at the heart of our commercial excellence efforts, driving growth and innovation across the Midwest Region. Reporting to the VP of Sales Operations and working closely with the Regional senior leadership group, you’ll challenge the status quo, analyze market trends, and provide insights that propel our sales teams to drive results. You're optimizing and not just rolling our standard processes This individual will ensure our sales tools and methodologies are embraced, creating a seamless and efficient sales environment.
What you'll get to do
In this position, you will be responsible for sales development, assessing needs, and providing the right learning content to the right audience. You’ll collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure effective use of sales tools, from onboarding to continuous training. Your role in sales process optimization will see you analyzing, refining, and enabling processes that align with best practices across regions. You’ll be a thought partner for our commercial leaders, influencing decision-making and challenging the status quo. Your consultative support will help create market and territory strategies, articulate our value proposition, and refine management cycles. You’ll facilitate data collection and analysis, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning. Collaboration is key, fostering a culture of agility and teamwork. Aligning our commercial management cycle with operations and finance, you’ll ensure transparency and accountability at every level.
Qualifications:
A blend of education and experience, with a proven track record in B2B sales management and sales enablement. You’re a natural leader, capable of influencing and mentoring sales leaders and executives. Your deep understanding of sales processes and best practices, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, makes you a perfect fit for this role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years in B2B sales management, with experience in Sales Operations or Sales Enablement.
- Proven ability to influence and challenge Sales Leaders and executives
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales tools and systems, with the ability to train others.
