We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at our Kitchen and Bath Materials Showroom. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing kitchen and bath materials, providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
Answer questions regarding the showroom's products and services.
Demonstrate products and explain features, benefits, and warranties to customers.
Provide product recommendations and advice to customers based on their needs.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Process payments and ensure accurate cash handling.
Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Stay informed about industry trends and new products.

Requirements:

*******At least 3 years of experience in sales in the kitchen and bath materials industry is a MUST******
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
******Knowledge of kitchen and bath materials and their applications is a MUST*******
Proficiency in using sales software and point-of-sale systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Hourly wages is negotiable according to your experiences.
