Job Description
We're seeking a motivated Sales Development Manager with a deep knowledge of their field to drive our inbound sales funnel and maximize conversion rates, while leading a team of successful Sales Reps. This role will be a catalyst for the sales efforts of Roamlii Adventure Inc., collaborating closely with leadership to establish actionable goals and develop innovative strategies to elevate our sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Effectively manage a team of Sales Reps – provide administrative support, monitor their performance, offer one-to-one coaching as needed, and nurture a high degree of productivity to ensure they’re reaching their goals.
- Sales Funnel Optimization: Create an effective inbound sales funnel that transforms leads into customers, leveraging our existing systems to enhance conversion potential.
- Prospecting and Sales: Identify and engage potential customers, promoting our digital membership products and front-end discovery suite. Conduct introductory calls and customer interactions as part of a consultative selling approach.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the CEO and marketing team to develop impactful sales materials and campaigns that align with company objectives.
- CRM Management: Oversee and refine our CRM database, tagging strategies, email nurture sequences, and outbound sales communications.
- Performance Tracking: Document and report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the CEO, ensuring alignment with revenue targets.
- Market Awareness: Attend sales meetings, training sessions, webinars, and industry events to stay updated on market trends and best practices.
- Customer Relations: Build strong, lasting connections with customers through effective communication and relationship management.
Skills and Experience (minimum requirements):
- Minimum of 2 years direct, outbound SaaS sales experience.
- A competitive spirit with a keen attention to detail and the ability to be highly organized.
- In-depth experience with CRMs and Sales Pipelines, managing and tracking thousands of leads and hundreds of opportunities.
- Strong writing ability and exceptional communication skills.
- A highly effective collaborator and team player.
- Proficiency with dynamic software systems (e.g., HighLevel, CRMs, Sales Pipelines, Workflow Automations).
- The ability to quickly learn new software systems.
