Job Description
Client Liaison:- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, managing all communication and addressing their inquiries
- Facilitate all client meetings
- Clearly explain complex technical concepts to the client in a way that is easy to understand
- Identify and escalate any client concerns or challenges to the appropriate team members
- Document client requirements and changes in a clear and concise manner
- Proactively manage client expectations with realistic timelines and keeping them informed throughout the migration process
- Perform basic triage on escalations, identifying the right team members or subject matter experts (SMEs) to address specific issues
Product Ownership (SAFe):- Manage the backlog, prioritizing site migrations based on complexity, business criticality, and dependencies
- Work with stakeholders to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for each migration
- Refine and groom the backlog continuously to ensure it reflects the latest client priorities and project needs
- Collaborate with the development team throughout the sprint cycle to ensure smooth delivery of migration goals
- Own the product vision and roadmap, advocating for the client's needs and aligning them with the overall project strategy
Additional Responsibilities:- Possess a strong sense of urgency and ensure timely completion of migration tasks
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all migration requirements and specifications are met
- Contribute to the development of a scalable migration framework and best practices
- Continuously learn and adapt to the agile methodology and SAFe principles
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, technical project management or client liaison role.
- Proven experience in working with agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
- Strong understanding of website development principles and technologies (a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
- Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to client satisfaction.
Clearance Requirements: This position requires an active Public Trust security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.
Physical Requirements: In addition to the skills and qualifications mentioned above, candidates must, at a minimum, be able to meet the following physical requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to use stairs without assistance
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers
- Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, carry, reach, kneel, crouch, bend and climb a step stool/ladder
