Job Description
The Phone Sales Representative receivesincomingcalls and makes outbound calls to patients who have inquired, schedules qualified consultations, and answers questions regarding dental implants from potential prospects. This position provides prospects with information about New Teeth Now. Bonding and establishing a rapport with patients is essential. This requires a high level of customer service.
The primary responsibility is to schedule qualified consultation appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound telephone calls
- Make outbound telephone calls to patients who have inquired
- Provide prospects with detailed information about dental implants
- Identify qualified prospects for consultation
- Schedule a qualified prospect for a consultation appointment
- Accurately enter all data about the prospects information in Salesforce and scheduling software
- Work leads in Salesforce
- Online chat with prospects
- Manage the follow-up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest in New Teeth Now
- Excellent sales skills
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Self-motivation, drive, and initiative
- Able to educate consumers on products and service
- Engaging and friendly; excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and maintain a pleasant demeanor
