Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. If you’re excited to introduce our premium tents to the U.S. market and develop strategic partnerships, this position is for you.
Responsibilities
- Increase brand exposure by introducing and promoting products in the U.S. market.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the glamping/camping industry.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
- Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
- Analyze market potential, track sales progress, and generate detailed sales reports.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, keeping accurate records of sales and client data.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required).
- Experience or interest in the outdoor, glamping, or camping industries is highly advantageous.
- Must be able to lift packages up to 60 lbs on occasion.
- Willingness to travel for events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Adaptability and flexibility in handling changing circumstances.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, fostering collaboration and transparency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
