Job Responsibilities:
- Promote sales to existing customers, assess their needs and advise the appropriate products.
- Identify and approach potential new customers.
- Develop proposals, estimate costs and provide quotations, detail warranties and delivery dates.
- Process sales transactions, online and in person.
- Provide customer service, resolve product complications and troubleshoot technical issues relating to equipment.
- Inside Sales via Phone/ Online
Job Requirements:
- 3-5yrs Industrial Sales and Customer Service experience.
- Must be Bilingual - English/Hindi
- Knowledge/ experience in the welding industry.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Computer skills - MS Office, Shopify, SysPro (ERP) software.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
