Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and driven Custom Blinds and Shades Sales Representative to join our custom window treatment company. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by promoting and selling our high-quality custom window treatments to residential and commercial clients. While some sales experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with a strong drive to succeed, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending trade shows or industry events.
Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their window treatment needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Present and demonstrate our diverse range of custom window treatment options, including blinds, shades, drapery, and shutters, emphasizing their unique features, benefits, and customization options.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients, helping them select the most suitable window treatments based on their individual requirements and style preferences.
Prepare and deliver accurate and compelling sales proposals, ensuring clarity and transparency regarding pricing, product specifications, and project timelines.
Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients, addressing any concerns or objections and ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our custom window treatments.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding market trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement in sales strategies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
Prior sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory. We value individuals with a strong drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively and build strong customer relationships.
Proven ability to work independently and in a team, managing time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a hunger for achieving and surpassing sales goals.
Familiarity with the interior design industry, window treatments, or related products is advantageous.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
