Job Title: Administrative Co-ordinator
Assignment type: 12 week contract
Location/Campus: 1411 East 31st Street, Oakland, CA 94602
Shift: 7 am - 3:30 pm, 5 days/week
Pay rate: $28/Hour
Job Summary:
Under general direction the Cath Lab - Cardiovascular Services Product Coordinator is an embedded Supply Chain Department employee responsible for:
- Tracks products to ensure proper recording and documentation in EPIC for patient records and revenue capture.
- Ensures that patient charges for products are entered into EPIC.
- Provides administrative analysis and specialized support for Cath Lab and Cardiovascular Services.
- Manages and maintains appropriate inventories of critical products and equipment used in the department.
- Assists with product standardization; facilitation and coordination of product conversions; manages non-stock inventory and contract compliance and creates purchase requisitions as required.
- Supports Supply Chain Operations and stocks other CS PAR locations in other departments as required.
Qualifications Required Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Desired Experience: Two or more years experience in Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology Supply Management or as a Cath Lab Technologist.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Cath lab: 2 years (Preferred)
