Job Summary
Part of a larger team delivering high quality technology solutions to the business. Design, develop and install software solutions. Build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with internal architecture, development & design standards & best practices. Design, modify, develop, write, implement and troubleshoot software programming applications. Support and/or install software applications. Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Works within a Waterfall or Agile methodology/framework based team. Collaborates heavily with Project Management, Business Analyst and Infrastructure Job Families.
Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage Privileged User account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts using varied CyberArk components.
  • Recommend solutions for repetitive issues within and outside the realm of Privileged Access Management.
  • Able to navigate ambiguous situations and work with multiple teams for quick remediation on critical issues.
  • Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk servers to ensure their availability such that there are no service disruptions for end users.
  • Possess knowledge of the latest upgrades and their impact on existing versions
  • Responsible for testing and upgrades of the CyberArk platform in the lower environment and production
  • Perform CyberArk upgrades as per organization and Vendor release roadmap
  • Troubleshoot issues with Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers
  • Coordinate with IT functions group for remediation of identified vulnerabilities and adhere to and follow all change management policies as required to be met by the organization.
  • Understand active threats against the corporate IT systems and coordinate with cyber intelligence teams
  • Successfully manage passwords (Verification, Change, and Reconciliation) via the CyberArk tool.
  • Produce reports on various system and user activities to update SLA and metrics.
  • Securely manage and monitor privileged account access to target hosts using Privileged Session Manager.
  • Manage support requests and unexpected incidents in accordance with organizational requirements.
  • Be willing to serve as either a project leader or as a technical resource in the development, deployment and/or sustainment of an enterprise-level initiative.
  • Update knowledgebase and documentation to stay relevant and bring the team up to speed on latest versions, configuration changes and development initiatives.
  • Appropriately work with incident response teams and other support teams to ensure remediation of issues
  • Participate in meetings to understand and recommend the best technical, most cost-effective solutions
    Exhibit strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Help leaders and their teams think through technology as well as business and operational implications of technology investment decisions.
  • Build trusting relationships and work collaboratively across teams, system integrators, job families, and levels of leadership to accomplish complex goals.
Minimum Requirements:
Solution Engineer Senior (SG7):
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.
Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
Solution Engineer Principal (SG8):
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.
Experience: 7 years relevant work experience is required.
An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in working in technical projects with knowledge of system security requirements, designing, integrating, and supporting Cyber Ark implementations.
  • 3+ years of experience developing design documentation and solution presentations.
  • 3+ years of experience Privileged Access Management Experience with Cyber Ark, including working with components such as Enterprise HA Vaults, CPMs, accounts, policies, safes, usages, and providers.
  • Experience in cloud security (Azure and/or AWS)
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills with a track record of implementing large scale IT security projects.
  • Experience working to improve CI/CD pipelines in regards to secrets/password management.
  • Knowledgeable of security and systems standards, Access Management, Authorization/ Permissions Management, Network Protocols, System management applications, and System & Network Security.
  • Experience working with various authentication methods for various platforms such as Windows, Unix, Active Directory, LDAP, TACAS, RADIUS, SAML, Network devices, databases and storage systems.
  • Experience in being part of the implementation of Cyber Ark related use cases for the adoption of new technology, standards and processes.
  • Experience troubleshooting and remediating failures of password rotations, password malfunctions, account creations, account changes, scheduling, etc.

Candidates will be considered based on their qualifications and the candidate’s ability to work from an approved work location.
