Job Title: Final Expense Life Insurance Sales Agent

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Final Expense Life Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls from prospective clients interested in final expense life insurance coverage. Your primary responsibility will be to educate clients on the benefits of final expense insurance, assess their needs, and provide suitable insurance solutions tailored to their individual circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective clients interested in final expense life insurance.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial situations, health status, and insurance needs.
  • Educate clients on the features, benefits, and coverage options of final expense life insurance policies.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and quotes based on clients' needs and budget.
  • Assist clients in completing insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns and provide ongoing support.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements related to final expense insurance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to actively listen and empathize with clients to understand their needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately input and maintain client information.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software or sales systems.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses and certifications as required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
