Title: Lead Generator

Schedule: Full-Time (30-40 hour/week; most weekends required)

Pay: Hourly wage of $16-$17 plus a commission structure, with total compensation targeted at $20-$25 per hour.

As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for representing our company brand at various industry events, such as trade-shows and Costco Stores throughout the Front Range - Colorado area. You will serve as the face of our company, embodying our brand values and promoting our services. This role involves engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and creating brand awareness through various events and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Represent Colorado Living at industry events, trade shows, home expos, and community gatherings to promote our brand and services.
Set up and dismantle event booths, requiring physical exertion such as lifting, pulling, and bending.
Engage with homeowners, industry professionals, and potential clients to educate them about our unique bathroom remodeling solutions and the value we offer.
Create and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads through networking, partnerships, and community involvement.
Act as a brand advocate by embodying company values, maintaining professionalism, and delivering exceptional customer service in all interactions.
Establish 1-2 appointments per your scheduled shift.
Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative, or in marketing within the home improvement or remodeling industry is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills to effectively engage and connect with diverse audiences.
Self-motivated, outgoing personality, and ability to work independently while representing the company professionally.
Experience driving a truck and pulling a trailer preferred.
Must have a valid Driver’s License an reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
