JoeHomeBuyer Triad Group is seeking a dynamic Acquisition Specialist to join our fast growing real estate team (we buy and sell houses).You will be responsible for seeking out, negotiating, organizing, and finalizing home purchase deals. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is as passionate about personal growth as they are financial growth. No need for a real estate license, however sales experience is required. What will allow you the chance to get this job will be your enthusiastic resourcefulness and motivation to succeed.
This position will involve talking to sellers on the phone and meeting with sellers at their property. You will go to appointments, talk to sellers, present and negotiate offers and lock-in houses under contract. You will be required to hit Goals and KPI's and set your own schedule. This is a flexible position that has the ability to produce a large income. The better salesperson you are, the higher your paycheck will be each month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage leads in our company's database.
- Meet with sellers that want to sell their house fast for cash.
- Build rapport and connect with sellers, overcome objections and get the contract signed.
- Must be able to follow a closing sequence.
- Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects.
- Must be motivated to bring in outside business.

- You have experience in sales.
- You have a high attention to detail.
- You love solving problems.
- You operate with a sense of urgency and manage your time and responsibilities accordingly. You are relentless and you get stuff done!
- You are coachable and actively seek out feedback that will help you become better.
- You have your own computer, cell phone, and transportation.
- You understand that we serve home sellers on their timeframe, which means the occasional weekend or evening appointment.

Other Important Details:
- This is a commission only position, with a small salary provided for the first 90 days. Average commission per deal will be $1,000-$3,000, and our goal is to be closing a minimum of 5 deals monthly by the end of the year.
- While you will be provided warm leads through the company’s marketing efforts, you will be expected to generate your own leads through calling, text, networking, etc.
- This is a work from home position while managing lead flow. Travel to local residential homes to meet with sellers and negotiate contracts.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
