Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts to drive growth in our IT Consulting / contract IT staffing division.
- Identify and target new clients interested in temporary hiring solutions.
- Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients, emphasizing our contract staffing offerings.
- Utilize various channels, including cold calls, networking events, and social media, to engage prospective clients and generate business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and leverage collective strengths.
- Source top-tier hiring managers and decision-makers interested in temporary staffing solutions.
- Drive negotiations and close deals to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in the contract staffing segment.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of successful experience in sales or business development roles within IT Consulting or contract IT staffing.
- Track record of selling temporary staffing solutions to clients across diverse industries.
- Exceptional client-facing and relationship-building skills, with a focus on the contract staffing market.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve business growth in the temporary hiring sector.
- Proficiency in contingent labor/contract staffing and direct hire placements.
- Ability to effectively prospect, convert leads, and maintain client relationships specifically in the temporary hiring space.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
