Business Development/ Sales

We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking sales professional, with 3 to 5 years of large automation systems experience, to join our Business Development/Sales group.

Job Description:

This role requires exceptional listening, communications, and organizational skills to manage all aspects of sales, relationships, and presence in new and current markets, applications, and customers. This role is responsible for introducing Inovision to new customers, maintaining and growing existing customers, networking with key vendors and organizations in target markets, and staying active on professional networking services (i.e. LinkedIn). This role also requires close collaboration with our customers and internal project teams to ensure the completion of project delivery objectives within the established schedule. This position is responsible for working on detailed FIRM costs for quoting, writing technical proposals, maintaining accurate, up to date forecasts, and negotiating & closing opportunities. This role is ultimately measured by effectiveness of meeting yearly sales revenue targets.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
Associate’s degree and/or equivalent work experience will be considered

Job Description
*Each year, propose sales strategies and plans to meet quarterly quoting targets and yearly sales goals.

*Participate in networking opportunities and prominent tradeshows (exhibiting or walking).

*Immediate response to all leads (Website, Partner/Affiliate, Tradeshow/Networking).

*Conduct technical customer visits, collecting technical data, production & quality requirements, photos and videos of current production processes, and creating technical sketches if data is not available.

*Delivering dynamic presentations in person or by web meeting, that provide value to the customer.

*Update Online Sales Funnel (Pipedrive) immediately and regularly.

*Independently create budgetary quotes for Budgetary/Appropriations/ROM RFQs.

*Create Project Workbooks and FIRM project cost grids during quoting phase for FIRM quotes.

*Host meetings to review FIRM opportunities with engineering.

*Host a Sales kick-off meeting after receipt of PO, with execution team to review quoted deliverables, responsibility matrix, expectations/conditions, and important milestone dates.

*Coordinate with project managers and/or engineering to ensure design direction meets customer expectations and timing.

*Travel within the United States to customer locations is mandatory (typically Tuesday through Thursday).

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates for this position must possess all of the following qualifications:

· Experience integrating large automation systems in manufacturing plants.

· Proficient with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Previous use of online CRM, Pipedrive, or similar Sales Funnel tools.

· Strong ability to listen, understand internal/external needs, and communicate technical and non-technical requirements very clearly.

· Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

· Motivated, intelligent, self-driven, and hard-working.

· Demonstrated ability to listen, understand, and communicate external and internal customer concerns.

· Results focused and action oriented.

· Ability to anticipate potential problems and resolve.

· Comfortable giving dynamic technical presentations that address our customer’s needs.

Preferred Qualifications

The following skills are desired but not required:

· Prior direct experience in a technical role in robotic automated systems (engineering, programming, project management, installations).

· Experience with FANUC, ABB, Kawasaki, KUKA, and other robot systems.

· Experience with large multi-robot systems in manufacturing plants.

· Knowledge of automotive paint and dispense systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,649.64 - $145,449.03 per year
