Job Overview: We are a small boutique financial company in Miami Dade County dedicated to providing exceptional financial solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Consultant to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the business and real estate financing market.

You will work closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing Team to create and implement strategies to attract potential Referral Partners and clients to expand our customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing relationships and helping people.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an ongoing marketing plan to promote our business and real estate financial services to Referral Partners.

- Conduct warm calls to prospective Referral Partners to generate leads and set up appointments.
- Build and maintain relationships with Referral Partners, including real estate agents, financial professionals, and business owners.

- Expand and maintain Referral Partner database.

- Identify and attend networking events
- Communicate with potential Referral Partners to understand their needs and present our services effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in a CRM

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Business and real estate financing experience a plus

- Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential and current Referral Partners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving targets and goals

- Outgoing personality, people-person

- Personal desire to help people

- Social Media experience

- Exceptionally driven with a very strong work ethic

- Some sales experience preferred, but not required

- Experience in the real estate industry preferred

- Strong verbal communication and written skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in online research, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,343.00 - $150,000.00 per year
