What will you do?
- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
- Professionally install HVAC equipment, accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care, maintenance.
- Responsible for being willing to learn and grow as part of a progressive customer service oriented team.
- Responsible for creating a positive relationship with customers; offering for sale other company products, services and demonstrating your ability to communicate, problem solve, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Must adhere to all safety rules.
- Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need.
- Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.
- Must maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
- Must successfully obtain HVAC leads and enroll CPP to company performance targets.

- Must meet company requirements with respect to general qualification and have completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Must have certificate of qualification (C or Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313D)
- Must have Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) license
- Must have valid ODP Certificate
- Must have at least a Class G Driver’s license
- Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts as required
- Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both In written and verbal communications
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to understand /learn new technologies (i.e., Electronics/electricity)
- Must be willing to wear Company provided uniform.
