Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical sales and have a passion for technology and software solutions.

Duties

  • Conduct warm and outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations based on their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration and achieving sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills

  • Proven experience in hydraulic technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on meeting client needs.
  • Ability to perform warm calling and outbound calling effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with software products and technology solutions is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,089.00 - $66,410.00 per year
