As an Entry Level Management role, you will play a crucial part in our sales team, promoting high-volume, renewable, natural, and green energy saving services to customers across the Houston area. Our Entry Level Management team is the direct point of contact for our clients' customers, and we are seeking an additional member to help us overcome challenges, provide exceptional service, and grow our clients' energy services further. Entry Level Management Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships to maintain current and new customer accounts
  • Assist the sales team by demonstrating products and services to potential customers and closing sales
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of our services according to customer needs
  • Represent the company with the customer for all issues concerning their energy services to decrease their monthly payments and increase the company's ROI
  • Provide customer feedback to management of service issues and assist in developing a resolution
  • Address customer needs and concerns promptly and as effectively as possible
  • Assist Management with the analysis of sales fundamentals to develop reporting for all initiatives and critical opportunities
  • Track sales activities and trends within the Houston market
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate within the company
  • Retain and increase revenue by upselling renewable and natural energy services

Entry Level Management Requirements:

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • 0-3 years experience in an account management, management, leadership, customer service or sales role preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team and independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Shift:

  • Day shift

Work Location: In person
