We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals through effective communication and market knowledge.
**Duties:**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and identify sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
**Skills:**
- Proficient in English
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and close sales.
- Experience in sales preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and sales techniques.
