```Job Summary```
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

```Responsibilities```
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the IDD market in Tennessee.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct webinars, product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

```Qualifications```
- Experience in Long-Term Care Services, IDD support, and/or Care Management.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform sales strategies.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Base Salary - $70,000 + commission.
