About WingSwept:WingSwept is an award-winning, employee-owned technology service provider. For our digital marketing services, we do business as Repair Shop Websites, helping independent automotive repair shops across the U.S. grow their online presence and boost revenue through web development, SEO, social media management, and other digital marketing strategies. We're looking to add two sales professionals to our team who are ready to make an impact and accelerate their sales careers.
Role Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and closing sales for our digital marketing services. You'll work alongside a cross-divisional team of growth-focused professionals, sourcing leads, building relationships with small business owners, and helping them strengthen their online presence and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify, research, and engage with high-potential prospects, leveraging your sales expertise to build strong relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, providing them with solutions that increase their online visibility and business growth.
- Deliver engaging and persuasive product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value and benefits of our digital marketing services in helping their business grow.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, digging for objections, addressing their needs, and using strategic communication to drive deals toward successful closure.
- Collaborate with the account management and customer service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, setting them up for long-term success with our services.
- Work closely with a high-performing sales team to refine sales strategies, optimize processes, and share best practices that drive consistent growth and success.
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 6-12 months of outbound sales experience preferred, with B2B sales experience being a strong advantage. Ideal candidates are comfortable with prospecting and driving new business opportunities.

- Pipeline Management: Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up, nurturing of leads, and consistent progress toward closing deals; must possess or gain proficiency in using CRM and sales automation tools to track and update pipeline activity
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and a commitment to contributing to a supportive and successful team environment
- Attention to Detail: Organized and detail-oriented in managing sales opportunities and prospect interactions
- Ability to work onsite in Garner, NC
- Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission
- Opportunities to advance into roles like Account Executive, Field Sales, and Sales Team Lead
