What you'll do
As Product Marketing Director - Trust you will be responsible for developing messaging, positioning enablement and GTM strategy for everything Trust and Security at DocuSign. This includes shaping our company narrative on the DocuSign Trust Center, driving the GTM for trust related products like DocuSign Notary and enhancing the Trust components of all DocuSign products. You will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Field Enablement, Sales, International Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Marketing - eSignature.
Responsibility
- Develop compelling and differentiated Trust positioning and messaging that resonates with the DocuSign target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and benefits and translate technical details into customer-facing value propositions
- Author thought leadership, speak at events and educate our internal teams about topics like data privacy, compliance, residency and more
- Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of go-to-market plans
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to refine and enhance product positioning and marketing strategies
- Provide sales teams with the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively communicate product value propositions and benefits
- Develop sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process
- Collaborate with product management to influence product development based on market insights and customer feedback
- Act as a liaison between product management and other departments to ensure alignment on product strategy and goals
- Create and oversee the development of marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Trust marketing campaigns
- Analyze and report on marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Job Designation
Hybrid:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- BA/BS required and 12+ years relevant experience
- 7+ years product marketing or operations experience in the B2B SaaS space
- Proven ability to understand and simplify complex, technical topics for non-technical audience
Preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and can effectively work with an international, cross-functional team to achieve success
- 3+ years of experience working in product marketing for software products with a strong trust component
- Proven track record of product marketing experience including project management, enabling sales, and developing strong customer insights across segments
- Highly collaborative, enthusiastic, open, proactive, and results driven
Wage Transparency
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $146,800 - $235,025 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
