Clutch is looking for an experienced Associate Principal for a client of ours.

Job Description
The Associate Principal and Customer Success Leader will be responsible for leading teams of consultants to deliver advanced analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client needs and be able to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations. They will also be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Leading client engagements, building strong relationships, and mentoring teams.
• Solution Delivery: Translating business needs into actionable analytics solutions and presenting insights to clients.
• Account Management: Managing client accounts, including P&L, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
• Industry Expertise: Leveraging knowledge of pharma, marketing, and commercial analytics to deliver innovative solutions.
• Collaboration: Working with consulting firms and large organizations to enhance capabilities and deliver high-impact results.

Qualifications:

• An advanced degree or MBA is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in oncology and commercial healthcare analytics.
• Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable insights.
• Skill in synthesizing data and communicating strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• track record in managing large-scale projects, including P&L management and resource allocation.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• Experience working in global teams and navigating diverse cultural and time zone differences.
