We are looking for an Inside Sales Agent to join our team of driven and self-motivated professionals. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with prospective customers in a fast-paced environment!

Join the Number One RE/MAX Team in Western Canada as a dedicated Inside Sales Agent and help us connect with the community from the comfort of your home. We're looking for motivated individuals to handle inbound online inquiries and cultivate relationships with potential home buyers and sellers.

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll engage with leads, gather vital information, and maintain our CRM with precision. Your goal is to qualify clients and set appointments for our dynamic team of over 25 agents, expanding our reach and sales within the region.

Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture online leads.
Follow-up with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication methods.
Screen clients effectively and coordinate appointments for our real estate agents.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum of 1 year in a sales role involving cold calling, preferably in real estate.
Proficiency in managing high volumes of calls

We provide company phone. You must have your own computer or Laptop as well high speed internet connection.
