Overview:
We are a small real estate investment team on the lookout for a full-time real estate inside sales representative - acquisitions specialist. You’ll underwrite, prepare, and close off-market real estate deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our property consultants needs to perform at their best.
We are looking for someone who Excels At Sales to join our Real Estate Investment and Wholesale company and help us Acquire and Wholesale Investment Properties in the Chicagoland area.

Compensation:
- $2,000/month base PLUS COMMISSION per closed deal
- Quarterly Bonuses
- A real potential to make $60,000-$125,000/year if you are a hard worker!!
Schedule:
- Monday: 2 PM – 6 PM
- Tuesday: 9 AM – 6 PM (Break 1PM - 2PM)
- Wednesday: 9 AM – 8 PM (Break 1PM – 3PM)
- Thursday: 9 AM – 8 PM (Break 1PM – 3PM)
- Friday: 9 AM – 1 PM
- Saturday (1st and 3rd of the month): 9 AM – 12 PM
- Whenever a client needs assistance or business demands require additional hours
Total Bi-Weekly Working Hours: 71 Hours
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE 1-3 years of B2B or B2C Sales Experience ( solar panel, timeshare, life insurance sales, etc).
- Previous call center experience in a sales environment is not required but PREFERRED
- Have to be able to be on the phone on weeknights and some weekends
- NO Real Estate experience needed
- NO Real Estate Agent License needed
It's NOT a Cold Calling position.
All Leads and all trainings will be provided by us! You need to be coachable and use our tested sales scripts.
Duties:
Follow-up & respond to all sales leads generated in our system to increase sales
Use the CRM daily to manage & update pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads in a timely manner
Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections to generate more sales
Act as lead contact for all sellers and communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
Schedule and conduct appointments & negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
Ability to quickly learn the real estate industry and the real estate specific systems / technologies
Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have and maintain our current marketplace position
Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
Attend business meetings and trainings as required
Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
