For 40 years Hemlock Landscapes has been providing residential landscape maintenance services to the Chagrin Valley and surrounding areas. Our purpose is to improve the lives of our employees and the homeowners we serve, and we are looking for someone to join our team to help us do just that!
For this role, we are seeking a Sales Representative who is excited about helping our customers achieve their landscape goals. The Sales Representative will report directly to the Sales Manager, and work as part of the sales team as an integral partner in continuing Hemlock’s growth and success. This position will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, providing a customized solution, closing the sale, and maintaining your book of business.
Primary Responsibilities Include, In Part:
Business Development & Lead Generation:
- In conjunction with the Sales Manager, identify future revenue opportunities with new and existing customers who match our customer selection criteria
- Achieve sales goals, consistently build and refresh pipeline
- Conduct Sales Campaigns as outlined by the Sales Manager
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure accurate records are kept of business development activities for both customers and prospects in CRM system
- Maintain relationships with existing customers as needed to ensure the continuance of service programs as measured by 92% or better renewal rate
- Upsell to existing customer base
- Follow through and addresses all customer issues or concerns; rectify issues to customer’s satisfaction through fulfilment of USP
- Contact customers at regular intervals as outlined in personal sales plan to ensure satisfaction, customer touch point goals are achieved

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1+ years’ experience in the landscape industry
- 2+ years’ experience in a sales role
- OCNT Certification or equivalent, NALP Certification
Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license and meet company driving standards for insurability

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
