Role Overview
In this influential role, you will be the primary support for our field technicians, guiding and assisting them before, during, and after each customer call. You will also manage and convert all online sales inquiries and actively coach our team in effective communication and follow-up techniques. This role requires a strong sales background, leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to customer relationship management.
Core Responsibilities
- Technical & Sales Support: Partner closely with technicians for seamless service execution on every call, providing real-time support and solutions.
- Lead Generation & Management: Handle online sales inquiries, following up promptly and persuasively to maximize lead conversions.
- Team Development: Coach and guide team members on effective customer communication, follow-ups, and strategies to build long-term relationships.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead sales initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention, implementing strategies that align with company goals.
- Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and build loyalty.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Sales & Leadership Experience: At least 3 years in a sales and management role, ideally in HVAC or a related industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish): Strong language skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with our diverse customer base.
- Skilled Communicator: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and guide team members in high-quality customer interaction.
- Sales-Driven & Goal-Oriented: Passionate about achieving results and continuously improving processes.
- Analytically Minded: Skilled with CRM systems and online sales platforms, with an eye for tracking performance and optimizing results.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
