Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with potential customers to educate them about the benefits of solar energy.
  • Conducting thorough assessments to determine the suitability of solar installations for homeowners.
  • Providing customized solar energy solutions tailored to meet customer needs and financial goals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate seamless project implementation.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, solar incentives, and regulations.
  • Utilizing our CRM system to manage leads and customer information effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • A passion for renewable energy and a genuine interest in promoting sustainable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure solar contracts.
  • Self-motivation and a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing sales activities and customer relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to change, learn new methods, and stay optimistic.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
