Client Consultation: Engage with current policyholders to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice.
Inbound and Outbound Calls: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing calls, offering solutions and addressing client questions.
Policy Customization: Design and recommend insurance plans that match the unique needs of each client.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by bundling or expanding their coverage.
Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.
Community Engagement: Participate in local events and activities to maintain a strong presence in the Gresham community.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide well-informed advice.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Oregon Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
Customer-Focused: Strong dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid remote setting while maintaining productivity.
