Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to help us efficiently manage our growing number of remote transactions. This is a challenging role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the shipping and delivery of vehicles across the United States, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service.
Manage relationships with logistics partners and negotiate competitive rates to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding delivery logistics, providing clear, consistent, and transparent communication.
Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations, documentation, and customer requirements.
Problem-solve logistical challenges that arise during the shipping process, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless, easy experience for our customers.

Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics, preferably in vehicle shipping, remote sales, or high-volume fulfillment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, transparency, and customer service.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to change, and maintain attention to detail.
Familiarity with shipping regulations, processes, and logistics software.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
