Salary + Significant Performance-Based Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to attract new clients, with a focus on Virginia Beach and Williamsburg, VA.
- Forge and maintain partnerships with local senior living communities, healthcare professionals, and other referral sources to increase client referrals.
- Lead a variety of marketing initiatives, such as digital campaigns, social media presence, event marketing, and traditional advertising, to boost brand visibility and client engagement.
- Use Hubspot to track, analyze, and report on the outcomes of marketing activities, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Commonwise Home Care at various events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $62,500 annually.
- Bonus Plan:
- $1000 bonus for each new client that comes from your referral source and stays 60 + days on the census, or
- $500 for each new client that comes from your referral source and stays between 30-60 days on the census.
