Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitor research to identify new location opportunities and develop data-driven expansion strategies.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare providers, and industry partners, to establish strategic partnerships and referral networks.
- Develop and manage the expansion budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a compelling ROI, while aligning with the overall financial objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment to achieve strategic goals.
- Employ excellent communication and negotiation skills to clearly articulate the value proposition of the practice and secure mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
