The Regional Manager will lead Respiri’s client service team in Hawaii and, in co-ordination with our Head of Clinical Services, monitor the Respiri services to clients (ACO, Health Networks). He/she works closely with the Senior Customer Success Manager in directing key accounts, sales and business development activities and initiatives both for existing and new clients and is responsible for continuous and meaningful engagement with those.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As our Regional Manager Hawaii, you report to the global COO as a member of the operational Leadership Team. You will be responsible for providing leadership, growth, and management of designated programs and services to ensure the highest quality of services is given to our programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build strong relations with existing and prospective clients.
  • Achieve targets across profit, revenue, margins, governance, employee productivity, and service performance.
  • Monitor and report all Key Performance Indicators.
  • Ensure our clients achieve the business objectives they set out to achieve in selecting Respiri for the delivery of end-to-end Care Management services and achieving improved health outcomes for their patients.
  • Understand a customer’s business holistically across all functions and organizational levels.
  • Lead activities to ensure readiness for program delivery, patient on-boarding, and service delivery.
  • Manage the daily tactical work and project planning across a range of stakeholders e.g., physicians, nurses, hospital admin staff and more, to schedule customer meetings, set agendas, partner on patient management, arrange for client training and education, execute follow-ups, and more.
  • Continuously analyze data and market demands to adapt and improve strategies and ensure consistent communication and implementation of improvements.

Qualifications / Skills & Experience

Qualifications

  • Degree in related field (Business, Science, Health), MBA or master’s degree highly regarded.
  • Relevant field experience, 5-8 years as a minimum, in a Regional Manager role in a complex market.
  • Strong and in-depth understanding of the health services and remote monitoring of patients.
  • Strong and in-depth understanding of CMS regulations and framework.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in developing relationships and working with multiple internal and external stakeholders on high profile cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven track record of unlocking opportunities and driving significant growth across the delivery of health services.
  • Proven track record of managing a growing operation where you improved results in margin, profit, and efficiency.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A "Can Do" positive attitude with a passion for getting things done with excellence as well as the ability to think ‘outside the box’.
  • You are a healthcare subject matter expertise, ideally in a health plan or digital health solutions sold to HCO, insurers or similar.
  • You have fantastic communication skills and the ability to lead successful meetings.
  • You possess a strong executive presence and professional demeanor.
  • A strategic thinker who understands how the details impact the big picture.
  • Willing to speak up for clients and our company when the situation requires.
  • Unafraid to build new processes, live in a state of development, thrive in unstructured environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
