Job Description

Salas Plastic Surgery & The Love Medspa is looking for highly motivated, talented, and energetic Surgical Sales Coordinator to join our amazing team! We are a boutique plastic surgery practice including a Medspa which offers all surgical and non-invasive treatments including, but not limited to, Brazilian Butt Lifts, Lipo 360, Tummy Tucks, Breast Implants, Breast Reductions, Rhinoplasty, Morpheus, Laser Hair Removal, Emsculpt, Sciton BBL, Emsella, Peels and Facials. We consider each member of our team as if they are family and expect the same in return. We encourage work-life balance but expect relability in return. We are a small, close knit team and strive to avoid frequent turnover of staff. We support internal and financial growth for all employees within our company. We are looking for someone who's intention is to continue to grow with us for the next several years. The primary role of the job is to facilitate sales of all surgical and non-surgical treatments, therefore, a sales background preferably in plastic surgery, is preferred.

Qualifications

  • excellent communication, customer service, and team building skills required
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) required and proficient in both written and verbal skills in both languages
  • Must have at least one year of sales experience
  • Although preferred, previous experience in plastic surgery is not needed, medical training is beneficial
  • Ability to meet individual requirements of the patient relationship, which may include but are not limited to: time management, verbal skills, negotiation skills, customer service skills, and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Must provide past references
  • Professionalism in dress and presentation, honesty and work ethic are a must

Responsibilities

  • provide patients with information about the surgeon, company, products, surgical and non-surgical procedures both in person and on the phone
  • Provide patient with pricing and payment options
  • consult with surgical and non-surgical patients and provide education on surgery and procedures as recommended by our providers
  • engage in phone inquiries and face-to- face consultations with potential and/or current patients from initial inquiry through surgery and thereafter
  • establish and maintain customer relationships by delivering superior customer service
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques
  • manage inbound leads, providing detailed information on procedures and converting them to a consult
  • Collaborate with management to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth
  • Manage consultation process, scheduling patients for surgery, and completing facility paperwork including assisting patients in completing their pre-operative checklist (labs and medical clearances)
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Manage new and old leads on a consistent basis
  • Sell, present and promote our products/services to meet customer needs
  • Manage all patient payments and financing
  • provide friendly, timely service to all patients with questions or concerns
  • Be a team player, assisting other team members with responsibilities and duties, as needed

  • Pay: starting base salary $55k/year with ability to double salary with commission on sales
