Once mastery of door-to-door skills is attained, we provide in-depth sales training to further enhance your ability to close leads set by other door-to-door setters. Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door pitching to generate leads for our solar solutions

Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products/services

Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets on a consistent basis

Maintain regular communication with sales leadership and provide updates on sales activities

Travel to different locations as assigned to reach prospective customers

Represent Best Energy Solar with professionalism and integrity

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in door-to-door or field sales

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Willingness to travel extensively for sales engagements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and market demands
