Key Responsibilities
- Create software for functional product testing.
- Design electrical test equipment for product testing.
- Setup test benches and equipment.
- Integration of hardware and software.
- Test and debug product.
- Design Verification and Validation (V&V) for test set ups and test station functionality.
- Test station set up and documentation.
- Customer support and RCCA of customer/development issues.
- Test requirements definition and decomposition.
- Quoting/estimation of Capital Projects.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the
- 6 years’ experience in Software Development.
- 6 years' experience in Testing of System component
WE VALUE
- Software design experience with National Instrument Test Stand, LabVIEW, LabVIEW RT, VeriStand, and Python.
- Hardware experience with interface circuits and sensors (pressure, voltage, etc.).
- Test engineering experience with Mechanical Testing on mechanical components and systems (start systems, pneumatic systems or actuation systems) and/or other mechanical components and systems.
- Individuals who take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
- Work with minimal direction, RCCA, experience with research, development and production grade hardware and software.
- Individuals that assemble facts from various areas, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations.
- Effectively using data to make intelligent decisions.
- Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complex tasks.
- Experience writing and presenting technical correspondence and data analysis.
- Proven track record developing test software and hardware.
- Must have the ability to work effectively in both a team and as an individual contributor to meet customer expectations.
