Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market to achieve sales targets
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide solutions that meet customer needs
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Proven experience in technology sales or technical sales
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Experience in business development is an advantage
