Call Center Sales Representative
Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm

We are looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task, be proactive and efficient with your time, and work closely and instinctively with the dispatch department. Our team operates on an established process of training and development, enabling you to further your career and elevate your leadership potential.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in plumbing or utility locating trades, or similar experience in HVAC or other service fields.
The schedule is Monday through Friday. All Customer Service Representatives are required to participate in the on-call after hours service rotation.
Required Qualifications
· Ability to speak professionally, clearly, and concisely while providing excellent customer service.
· High school diploma
· Type 30+ words per minute
· Effectively operate office phone systems including putting customers on hold, transferring calls, voicemail transfer, office page
· Strong listening skills
· Ability to multitask.
· Demonstrate a willingness to be accountable.
· Strong work ethic and organizational skills
· Must be able to learn and consistently follow established communication scripts for consistency and professionalism.
· Strong attention to detail
· Must be able to effectively communicate through interoffice platforms, Skype, email, etc.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook
· Bi-lingual (Spanish) highly desired but not required
Daily, Weekly & Monthly Duties

· Be punctual and ready to work at scheduled times.
· Quickly and professionally greet customers.
· Maintain positive and professional communications with all customers.
· Identify customer needs, inform customers about CPL’s services and process orders.
· Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information.
· Input accurate information into computer system.
· Consistently record and recap customer information, minimizing errors
· Navigate Field Service Management Software
· Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
