Serving the WASTE COLLECTION INDUSTRY, WASTELINE CONTAINERS LTD is searching for a respected BUSINESS DEVELOPER and SALES GURU with established connections across British Columbia, Western Canada, and Western USA.

WE ARE A METAL FABRICATOR OF SPECIALIZED HIGH VOLUME WASTE COLLECTION AND RECYCLING SYSTEMS, LIQUID STORAGE TANKS & OTHER CUSTOM WORK

Through best-in-class proprietary technologies, and a unique combination of structural AND mechanical engineers, specialised metal fabricators, and welders we deliver some of the most advanced industrial and structurally engineered fabricated metal solutions in waste management collection systems, recycling collection systems, custom build fluid tanks, custom prefabricated steel enclosures, and components. We specialise in Pre-Construction Planning, Design Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Manufacturing, Safety, QA/QC & Engineering Validation/Documentation.

THE OPPORTUNITY – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

This is an Outstanding Opportunity for an ENERGETIC and Seasoned Business Developer, and/or experienced Key Accounts Manager ready for the next step in his/her career.

This is a sales hunter role, and extreme hunger for market development is required. This role adds new clients, develop relationships in different geographical areas, and/or take to market other group company products and services across all group targeted markets. An extensive network in the waste management sector, and/or have an impressive track-record of growing the revenues of a mid-tier engineering, metal forming and fabrication business? IF so, apply today!

For the right individual this is a high-growth opportunity to work with our Metal Fabrication and Manufacturing company, together with the CEO and General Manager to grow our overall business and service offering in Western Canada and USA.

You bring energy, marketing flair, resilient and determined business development skills to the table – and the ability to grow revenues exponentially. Preferably from a similar metal fabrication business, you can conceptualize products, can read, and interpret blueprints, and will assist in developing the market, develop new products and services, assist penetrating into new markets and geographies.

We are looking for a hungry, ambitious business developer who relentlessly build customer relationships, efficiently call on clients, build key account relationships, quote products for clients and closing the sale.

FIRST YEAR PRIORITIES

(1) Develops and establish a business development plan that will deliver aggressive 50% + business growth.

(2) Develop with the CEO and BD Team the corporate identity and branding.

(3) Establish 4 Key Account Relationships within the multi-site, multi-territory waste management industry.

(4) Deliver an aggressive targeted campaign to increase sales of liquid tanks, and at least TWO other new product lines.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Looking for a “Mover & Shaker” Business Developer, preferably a Sales Engineer, Metal Fabricator, Engineering Technologist, and/or technical sales Representative – but definitely someone with a hunger and reputable track-record to deliver unprecedented business growth in a technical environment.

A demonstrable track-record of delivering aggressive business growth, building, and developing superior client relationships is a must!

COMPENSATION

A competitive compensation package will be provided including a base salary, PLUS Aggressive Commission and complimented by benefits. A go-getter and energetic professional candidate could and should earn 6-figures.

Salary: Up to $67,976.00 per year
