As a Sales Operations Manager at Carbon Robotics, you'll partner with the Sales, Product and Engineering leadership to Sales Operations. You will be a tactical leader who will execute on reporting and metrics while working on strategy.
What you'll do:
- Build a robust Sales Operations strategy by collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to deliver cross functional business insights and recommendations
- Hands on responsibilities for dashboards and data integrity
- Enhance reporting and analytical deliverables
- Analyze internal sources of data, and gaining an understanding of customer requirements and marketplace trends, helps businesses create insights and value propositions for the business
- Integrate multiple data sources to address complex business questions and to develop data driven actionable recommendations for the business
- Translate the research from data summary to actionable recommendations that provide insight to internal customers into the business recommend adjustments to current brand efforts
- Collaborates
- Identify abnormal trends and make recommendations to realize market opportunities
- Design and implement tools that will produce sales, share figures for all products
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success:
- 10+ years in a Sales Operations Leadership role
- Experience building or transforming Sales Operations
- Technical depth with Salesforce with pivot table and V-Lookups required
- Accountable for planning and delivery of several high impact projects including CRM, MDM, BI
- Provide excellent project management skills, and effectively collaborates on very complex issues, with significant financial and employee impact
- Design and implementation of sales reporting tools
- Becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in running, maintaining and ensuring that the reports are updated and distributed to upper management for their review in a timely manner
- Actively monitoring key performance indicators and ensures field force effectiveness
- Working experience with Google Suite
