Essential Job Functions

  • Key liaison in managing the technical integration of OEM partners with Nonin products inclusive of updating internal record keeping processes and systems.
  • Respond to technical and integration questions.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve partner issues, requests, and questions. Manage the OEM Request Group and weekly meeting to provide answers to urgent and/or more complicated requests and questions.
  • Manage customer Development Kit requests and initial use questions. Maximize conversion of Development Kits requests by assuring quality support, effective early technical integration, and account qualification.
  • Itemize and report updates to the appropriate Sales Manager(s).
  • Develop and continuously improve tools and processes to drive on-going efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other Nonin departmental representatives in carrying out Voice of Customer activities (VOC) to support necessary product enhancements.
  • Work with Upstream Marketing to drive early adoption and evaluation of new products with OEM Partners.
  • Provide customer insight to product development teams for Next Generation OEM product concepts and ideas.
  • Attend trade shows and provide product demos as requested.
  • Act as inside sales representative for assigned set of accounts.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Engineering degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-4 years engineering experience within Medical Device industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of Technical Sales Support experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel domestic and internationally up to 30% of the time
  • Ability to sit, and/or stand for 8 hours per day.
